How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once your booking has been confirmed, a booking confirmation with relevant details of your cargo's transport plan will be available on the platform. To see it, select a shipment from the Shipments list and then click the Documents tab.
We will notify the supplier and the buyer selected in the booking via email once the booking confirmation is available online.
