How do I amend my Verified Gross Mass (VGM)?
We understand how important it is to submit accurate VGM details. You can do this quickly and easily online.
- From our homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- Select the Containers & VGM tab and click Amend/Submit VGM.
- Submit the VGM and confirm the method used, such as Weight after Packing or Cargo weight added to container weight.
