How can I request Customs clearance?
We know customs clearance is a key part of your shipment. You can request brokerage services online.
- From our homepage, click on ‘MyCustoms’ in the task bar on the left side.
- Enter the bill of lading number in the freetext box and click ‘Search’.
- Once the shipment appears, select ‘Book Customs’ and choose whether it’s for Import or Export.
