We are pleased to announce an update to our inland diversion policy, designed to provide greater flexibility and cost savings when managing your Store Door shipments.

Effective immediately, the $200 diversion fee previously applied for changes to the city location of a Store Door (SD) pickup or delivery will no longer apply, as long as the shipment remains a Store Door move for that specific leg.

This change builds on the earlier update introduced this year, which removed the fee for converting a shipment from Container Yard (CY) to Store Door (SD) service.

Key highlights:

• City-to-city changes within the same SD leg are now free of charge
• Changes from SD to CY will continue to incur the $200 diversion fee
• Pickup/delivery location changes for CY service will also continue to incur the $200 diversion fee
• Changes can be made directly on Maersk.com or through your Maersk representative
