In reference to our relating to our efforts to simplify and enhance the process for port system update requests, we would like to remind you of an important change in our submission process.
Effective 12th May 2025, email submissions will no longer be accepted. All port system update requests must be submitted via our online form. This change is aimed at ensuring all necessary information is captured efficiently, helping to minimize delays and enable faster, more accurate processing.
Benefits of using the online form:
- Streamlined Process: Standardized submissions mean less back-and-forth communication, saving time for everyone involved.
- Faster Updates: Comprehensive initial information enables quicker action and responses.
- Improved Accuracy: By reducing manual handling, we minimize the risk of miscommunication or errors.
Our AI Chatbot SEIYA is available to assist with request submissions. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to SEIYA: You can access SEIYA by clicking or by chatting directly on WhatsApp if you have already saved the number (+65 9018 8138) in your contacts.
- Trigger SEIYA: Type "Hi" to start the conversation and display the main menu. New users will be prompted to complete a quick registration before proceeding.
- Request Submission: Type "Port System Update" to receive the link to the online form. Once received, you can fill it out and submit your request.
