Please be advised that with immediate effect, we are implementing a priority list for the release of 20’ GP containers in Johannesburg.

Please could you forward your equipment release request to za.export@maersk.com by no later than 13h00 the day before the release is required. The equipment release we issue will indicate a validity period - please ensure your transporter adheres to this.

If containers are not collected on the date provided, the equipment cannot be kept on hold and will be returned into the daily stock figures. Should you experience any challenges with collecting your container/s within the validity period, kindly send us a revised request. We will then issue confirmation of approval for pick-up for the next collection.

The availability of equipment is subject to import turn-ins at depots.
