We would like to inform you that as a part of the unification of our brands, all the open items from Sealand and Hamburg Süd have been transferred to Maersk Line. However, due to technical issues, all the refundable credits transferred from Sealand to Maersk Line may not appear as refundable in MyFinance.
Our technical teams are actively working to address this issue. In the meantime, if you need to request a refund, please feel free to send a manual refund request via E-Mail to your Maersk contact.
Please ensure that you provide the following mandatory information:
- Copy of the cancelled cheque
- Bank statement
- Company letterhead along with stamp and signature
- Bank confirmation letterhead along with stamp and signature
Once we receive the required information, we will process your refund within an average of 10 working days.
