- Change effective date is on Price Calculation Date basis.
- Shipments booked on Maersk Spot: Price Calculation Date is the booking creation date.
- Other shipments: Price Calculation Date is the last container’s gate-in date of the shipment for FMC regulated trades. For other trades, Price Calculation Date is the scheduled departure date of 1st loading vessel at the time of booking confirmation.
- For special export/import D&D deals contracted before 15th of July 2024, old rates shall be still applied until the end of deal validity period.
