We would like to inform you that, based on the requirements from many of you, expecting a speedy and consistent experience on our invoicing solution, we are very pleased to deliver an Instant Invoice solution in our invoicing system (SAP S/4HANA) effective 9 December 2023.

With the instant invoice solution, customer experience will be enhanced by receiving the invoice instantly when all pre-conditions are met and with the rate of exchange (ROE) aligning with the invoicing date, providing a more consistent experience.

The solution will be available for the following countries: Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Maldives, Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
