This message is to notify you that the Office of the United States Trade Representative recently announced plans to extend more than 300 exclusions from the Section 301 tariffs on imports from China. These exclusions, which had previously been scheduled to expire on December 31, 2022, have been extended through September 30, 2023. Importers are encouraged to review the full list of impacted goods .
