We are pleased to announce that we are launching enhanced Terms for Maersk Spot Booking (“Terms”). Please be advised that the new Terms will come into effect as of December 1, 2022 and will apply to all Spot Bookings made on or after that date. The Terms, which will be made available at , have been streamlined to encompass trade lanes regulated by the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (“FMC”), as well as non-FMC trade lanes. The key Product features will remain unchanged.
